I'm starting to like Mist more in this show now. I think his character was somewhat misunderstood in the beginning but he's still an important part of the group.

As far as the action and abilities this goes, Teltina is also pretty important too. The way magic works in this show is strange though, almost like surreal.

Just like every story about bond, that bond will be put to test to its limit and beyond.

Dark Red seems like a mode that would satisfy me personally.

There's something so uniquely wholesome about watching fantasy characters comprehend the concept of space.

The atmosphere always gets tight when a normally goofy character erupts into genuine anger but the effect is extra potent when it's done within a story with an equally goofy premise. That wasn't just any old regular Burning Kizuna Punch, that was for Lowji.

Decent episode, we learned some more stuff from that Jester looking royal demon. Seeing a Dark Red was cool, only wish he got a few more hits in. That punch was satisfying.

Cool episode, and didn't expect the Mage Sceptre to be a girl (although that is a classic anime twist).

Not sure if her looking very similar to the Cheshire Cat smile character (in terms of having a crescent shaped hat to his crescent shaped smile) is a mislead, or if they're actually both evil, but will be interesting to see!

Best episode so far easily to me. It seems like we’re making a shift from Sentai parody to full blown isekai/Sentai mix. Idk if that’ll hit as well as it would if it were just making fun of Sentai tropes, but I like these characters a lot and this is just a fun anime to me.

Brave Kizuna Ray was dope. Didn’t expect a space megazord battle, but always welcome lol.

The story is finally taking shape too and we’ve got some idea about the big bad(s) in the series. Abudabi’s design is very Sentai inspired, also reminds me of the invader generals from Sentai Daishikkaku. Our first sort of defeat for the heroes. Even everyone combined wasn’t enough for Abudabi so we’re definitely gonna need some sort of way for everyone to get stronger. Lowji growing up in front of our eyes, respect for sticking in there and taking a hit for Togo!!

I’m worried about Teltina and Yihdra’s visit home tho .. next ep should be good. Also, if other heroes have come to this world.. what happened to them?!

holyshit the french words were awful, demon dude had zero flair to his speech in japanese (like an accent or including words in another language) so it made absolutely literally no sense to do it that way... i guess its CR being CR

i kinda like Lowji, and every character for that matter is developing nicely as a character, impressive in what is essentially a comedy/parody, the only one falling behind is Yihdra, but the next few episodes are probably focused on her

I like those moments when he gets serious and starts reminiscing about his experiences, I liked a lot the design of that demon, all the creepy smiles and disjointed hands, Shau'ha's design is also super cool, love her hairstyle, eyes and mark on her cheek.

Red's been waiting for this whole operation to call the Kizuna Beasts! True to Sentai tradition, the boss becomes big after defeating once at normal size. The fact Lowji wound up in the cockpit of Maximum Kizuna Kaiser is proof he and Red have forged a bond after fighting back-to-back.

Red took Yihdra's advice of not destroying the town below into consideration and pushes the boss through the atmosphere into space (this really reminded me of Char's Counterattack especially with the end with the citizens looking at the sky afterwards). The tech Kizuna Red brought with him from his world is so advanced he's revealing space to these three for the first time.

Red delegates control of the Great Bond Sword to the best swordsman he knows, Lowji. It's great seeing them work together.

To stop the seed from recreating the boss, either they kill the noble or remove the seed. From Teltina's chest emerges a large canine creature who consumes the noble whole to get the seed but spits him out.

Kizuna Red was taken from what'd be considered the end of his series. From the way Kizuna Red reaches for Kizuna Silver in the opening and how he remembers Kizuna Silver when he thinks Lowji is dying, can we assume she's dead? It charges Kizuna Red with a dark aura who delivers a painful blow to Abudabi.

@Fortress_Maximus Based on the image that was shown and Red's reaction she most definitely died. Question is could she possibly be the "otherworlder" that came 1000 years ago? I highly doubt it since they seemed to use a sword and not ranger powers but it's a quirk Isekai often has after all so who knows.

@Mikarin_Enjoyer agreed on the French. Why would someone translate from one language into a third language. Now i need subs for my subs. I could tolerate the usual common French that gets used in English, but i didn't recognize this.

They can 1-hit the big monster but can't even defeat a single enemy after that... Red Ranger is so weak.. RIP

Now, who's the green one?

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

lol, Teltina, Lowji, and Yihdra are the first people from their planet to reach space. The heaven with singing angels has been debunked, for them at least.

I guess with 4 people, Kizuna Kaiser is much stronger. Was not expecting that huge orb could be carried to space that quickly.

Abu Dabi sure is powerful. Teltina is right on what she said on episode 2... she and Lowji need more help in saving the world. If it's just the two of them facing Abu Dabi, they would be dead already.

oh, and Shau'Ha does not seem like a totally bad person? Even offered to help the princess..

looking forward to next week!

When Yihdra and the others went into space for the first time in Kizuna Kaizer it made me think of Power Rangers In Space. Red's team came face to face with one of the Demon Queen's(first time hearing that name) children Abudabi and barley survived thanks to Shau'ha stepping in. Now Teltina is in danger from consuming too much mana and the only way to save her was to return to the place where Yihdra's family was banished. I'm curious to see the dynamics between Shau'ha and Yihdra as both families have an uneasy relationship.

Here's a Red Ranger video.

@Mikarin_Enjoyer Lol yeah that was defenitly weird but if you need to translate that... well then you really must be a native English speaker or something... XD. Cuz like 1. You can just figure it out from the context. 2. It's simple and common french. 3. Even the most limited understanding of Japanese would be enough to fill in any gaps.
Like I realize that in certain school systems you don't have mandatory languages heck I found out apparently even chemistry isn't mandatory in some countries. But so sure some people might literally only know 1 language, but this is so bare bones... that it'd be like complaining about Polnareff in Jojo's. You don't need to know any french to understand what he's saying. So even on the off chance that you're American or some other native English speaker and somehow know 0 french and 0 Japanese. Even then I feel like you could just figure it out. But yeah it was defenitly a bit of a weird choice.

i also studied french for a year in highschool, so believe me, i double understand

@Mikarin_Enjoyer Yeah was talking more about the person you were replying to initially or just people in general, that would complain about needing translation.

Rant (skip ahead if uninterested):
Yeah over here french is also mandatory for I think at least 2-3 years possibly 6 depending on what your highschool level is. But I mean my sister did 6 years of french in high school and still can't "actually" speak french so schools kind of suck at actually teaching languages. They just learn you the rules and words and teach you how to pass tests but suck at actual practical application. Hence I personally dropped French after 3 years, I'm just not gonna realistically learn a language that way and I didn't have the time to learn it my own way at home. Glad I taught myself English before High School but even 99% of my understanding of German is either Natural or from listening to German TV. Same goes for Japanese or Swedish, Listening and Speaking are the most essential if you ask me but are often maybe 1-5% of what you get in school, so even if I scored 9's and 10's for pronunciation and reading or listening tests... that doesn't really matter if I screw up the other 80% of tests because I suck at "brainless memorization". I don't remember lists of words, I remember how they are used and the circumstance and then remember the words, I don't remember grammar rules by memorizing the rules like it's a formula I just remember how the language works without ever seeing it as rule. Heck I also don't really remember formula's and equations I remember "the logic" behind them.

But yes agreed it's 100% silly to just go clown = french.

You don't have to worry about causing accidental damage when you can launch your opponent into space! Red divvying up the mech's functions like that is a sign of how much stronger their bond has become.

Abudabi spreading those mana seeds around to revive the demon queen makes sense. He might not have been a fan of Red's power up. But I'm quite curious about that darker aura Red was tapping into!

I thought that the Shau'ha was the one spreading the mana seeds, but maybe I was wrong. She doesn't look evil, but definitely a cocky one.

Lowji coming to save Tougo was a surprise, but I'm glade he has finally formed a bond with him. And that dark red aura of Tougo was something else, hoping to see that again in the future.
